| I found your website to be well organized and easy to navigate. But I am having to go through unnecessary hassle and expense to ship the parts to my son in the US who will then ship them to me because your shipping dept is too lazy to research what the real shipping costs would be to me in Micronesia. I specifically explained to your shipping dept in an e-mail that we have USPS coverage here with domestic service and zip code same as shipping to Hawaii. But your shipping people could only be bothered to follow the computer telling them that UPS was the only way to get $12 in parts here at a shipping cost of $130!! |

Bearings are 11.96, original shipping 6.25, I can understand that, but then I got an email asking for 6.45 more to ship because my address is not acceptable by usps. Thats nuts!!!!! The shipping is more than the bearings. But I guess thats the breaks if you can't find parts elsewhere. I will look around next time. |

| Greetings! I have been a maintenance/automotive mechanic for 30 years. Recently due to my request, my employer has started purchasing bearings through your agency. You have a great selection and awesome pricing schedule. During evening hours I do automotive repair,primarily on the GM platform. Many of these units have 3-4 idlers on the serpentine belt system that incorporate the 6001 series bearing. My local vendor asks $24.00 Ea. Bearings Direct offers the same for $3.69.
