We offer discount prices for commercial buyers and annual purchases.
In order to apply for a discount, please Create User Account in our web store, you will receive a confirmation email, please reply to that confirmation and type your request for Discount, we will review and set your account to an appropriate discount. You will gain purchase points on every item you purchase from us which will be applicable for your next purchase.
Also you will be informed about our overstock or specials by email.

SHIPPING:
Shipping Dept is Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays.

Shipping Status and Tracking:
All orders will be shipped out within 48 hours with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Service as requested by the customer.
Orders with rush delivery such as Overnight,  2nd Day and 3 Days, usually are shipped out the same day based on stock availability, otherwise you will be notified.

UPS
UPS DOES NOT deliver to P.O Box addresses.
UPS RUSH DELIVERY: Orders must be received before 3:00PM PST to be shipped out the same day. Orders received after 3:00PM will be shipped out the following business day.
Tracking number: We will notify you by email or you may log in to your user account and click on Tab  "Order History" to view the order(s) status, that will be posted by the end of each working (PST) day as your orders are Shipped/Complete.


USPS Priority
NOTE: USPS Priority and Express Deliveries are NOT Insured against lost or damaged goods.

 

SHIPPING FEES:
Provided shipping costs are based on virtual services from UPS or USPS direct processing data server.
We are not responsible for shipping costs.
