Return Policy

We want you to be pleased with both your order and our customer service and our return policy is simple; if we made a mistake we will re-ship your order with a return label.

Any item in its original condition that either did not fit or is incorrectly ordered , you may return the product within 10 days from its delivery date to be exchanged or receive store credit.
Product must be in its original condition/packaging (unopened sealed packages in mint condition & clean). Returned item can't be disassembled or damaged by assembly or neglect.

Please send request for RMA# via your user account or email only.
Returned goods without authorization number (RMA#) will be rejected or unconditioned.

Product returns that are returned for refund or exchange will be subject to a minimum of twenty percent (20%) restocking fee. Shipping and/or handling charges on the original order are not refundable. We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. The process of return inspection after received goods in warehouse takes 7 to 10 business days.

All refunds take 3-7 business days after inspection is completed.

Special Size, Super Precision, Custom or Featured & Special-ordered products per customer’s request are NOT returnable for any reason and items that are used, damaged, deformed or altered in any ways will NOT be accepted.

For all returns, please include a copy of the invoice which shows your name and order number along with the RMA Number.
