Finding and Ordering Bearings:

How do I measure bearings?

Bearings must be measured with a caliper in order to provide accurate measurements. Measure the inner diameter (bore) of the bearing, the outer diameter, and the width. Please note that using a measuring tape will provide inaccurate dimensions. The following link can be used as additional guidance: How to measure a bearing.

How do I find the bearing I'm looking for on your website?

Using the search box is the quickest method to finding the bearing you are looking for. If you have the part number, enter it into the search box and click on the magnifying glass to search. For example, if you are looking for a 608RS bearing, search for 608-2RS. If your search does not bring any results, try removing the suffix. For example, instead of 608RS search for 608. If you have dimensions, make sure to enter them into the search box in this specific format only IDxODxW. For a metric size bearing that would be 17x40x12. If you are looking for an inch or imperial size bearing, your search query should look like this 1/4x3/4x9/32. Please make sure to use fractions when searching for the bearing you are looking for and not decimals as this will most likely not give you any results.

I found the bearing I am looking for how do I place an order?

Please add the bearing you are looking to purchase by clicking on the icon that says "Add to Cart." Then, scroll down and complete the checkout process.

Can I place an order over the phone?

We do not accept orders over the phone. The terms of service must be accepted during checkout. Here's a link to our terms of service Terms & Conditions.

The bearing I want to purchase doesn't have a brand listed in the description. What brand is it?

If the brand of the bearing is not listed in the description, the bearing is made in China. We do stock bearings from all over the world including Japan, Europe, and the United States. Feel free to ask our sales team for a quote if you would like a product with specific country of origin by emailing us at sales@bearingsdirect.com

I am looking for a large quantity of bearings how do I get a quote?

Please either click on the box that says "Contact Us" or send an email to sales@bearingsdirect.com. Please allow the sales team 1-2 business days to get back to you.

Do you offer any warranty on your products?

We do not offer any warranties on the products that we sell. If a product has a warranty it would be provided by the manufacturer.

I'm looking for a bearing that you don't show on your website can you get it?

Usually, yes we can! Send an email to sales@bearingsdirect.com and one of our sales reps will get back to you in 1-2 business days. Please note that some bearings we cannot source and some may have a minimum order quantity.

I'm looking for a specification sheet for a bearing where can I find this?

Some bearings will have the spec sheet in the item description. Click on the box that says "See Specs in Catalog" in the product description. If there is no catalog link in the item description, all our catalogs can be found here Specs Sheets. If you are having difficulty finding what you are looking for, email cs@bearingsdirect.com and one of our customer service team members will email you back a direct link.

Is it safe to purchase through the website?

I don't have an email address how do I place an order?

An email address is required to place an order. If you don't have one, create one.

Can you guys make me custom bearings?

Yes, we can have custom bearings produced for you. Please note that there will be a minimum order quantity and there will be terms that will differ from orders that are products we stock. Send your request to sales@bearingsdirect.com and our sales team will get back to you in 1-2 business days.

Can I ship you a bearing to match up?

Please do not send us any packages without the approval of someone from our staff. If you need assistance, email cs@bearingsdirect.com and someone will assist you in finding the bearing that you need.

How do I set up a Net 30 account?

We do not offer Net 30 at this time, all orders are prepaid.

How long will my order take to ship?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days. However, some orders may take up to 3-4 weeks to ship depending on availability. If you would like to get a lead time on when your order will ship please email us with your order number. You can send your emails to cs@bearingsdirect.com

I placed my order but can't find my order confirmation, where is it?

Please note that order confirmations are automated emails and may be automatically sent to your spam folder by your email provider. Please make sure to check your spam folder.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation. When your order ships you will receive a second email with a tracking number. You can also log into our website and check the status of your order under "Order History."

Shipping and Returns:

I received my order but I ordered the incorrect parts, how do I process a return?

Please make sure to request for an RMA by emailing us at orders@bearingsdirect.com or you can also log into your account and create an RMA by selecting your order under "Order History." Our return policy is 10 days after you receive the package. We do not accept returns on used bearings. When your RMA is approved you will receive an automated email and will be able to ship the bearings back to us. Please make sure to write the RMA number on the outside of the box with a sharpie or a pen so that your package is received. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES send us a package without an RMA. The shipping department WILL reject a package without an RMA number written on it and it will be returned to the sender. We do not provide return labels. It is your responsibility to send the bearings back to us. Shipping on the original order is non-refundable. Please also note that there is a minimum of a 20% restocking fee on returns. I entered the incorrect address during checkout and the package was returned to you, can you ship it again?

Yes we can ship your package again. However, we will have to charge for shipping a second time. Please make sure to enter your shipping address correctly during checkout.

I selected UPS Ground during checkout why is it being shipped with USPS?

The UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box address it will be shipped with USPS.

What shipping method is Standard Shipping?

Orders with Standard Shipping will be shipped with either UPS Ground or the Post Office. It will be completely up to our discretion.

I placed an order for Next Day Air shipping and I didn't receive it the next day can I get a refund?

Dear customers, Next Day Air shipping is a service method the UPS provides which gets you your package the next business day after they receive it. In other words, you are paying for how long your order takes to get to you AFTER it leaves our warehouse. If you order was shipped with UPS Next Day Air on Friday, your package will be delivered on Monday. Next Day Air is the next business day, not weekends. We do our best to get Next Day orders out the same day in order to get you your bearings as soon as possible. If your order was placed after our 12:00pm PST cutoff time then it will be shipped the next business day. If for whatever reason your order will have a lead time, we will let you know and offer to ship out what we have available and back order the rest. Please note that the second shipment WILL NOT be shipped out Next Day Air. If the UPS failed to deliver your order the business day after it left our warehouse, please contact the UPS and provide your tracking number to them. After contacting them, email us at cs@bearingsdirect.com and we will assist you.

My package was lost in the mail what do I do?

Please contact the shipping carrier first and provide them with the tracking number. After contacting them, email us at cs@bearingsdirect.com and we will assist you.

I received the wrong order what do I do?

If we made an error shipping out your order we will reship your order with a return label for the incorrect bearings. Please reference our return policy for further information Return Policy.

I processed my return how long will it take to get a refund?

Please note that it make take up to 7 business days to process your return after we receive it. If it has been more than 7 business days and you have not received an email saying your order was refunded, reach out to our customer service team by emailing us at cs@bearingsdirect.com
