Question: "Can I place an order over the phone?"
Answer: We do not take orders over the phone. Please place an order online.
Question: "How can I search for products by size?"
Answer: You can input the dimensions of the bearing into the search box to search by size or by clicking on "Search by Size" under the "Products" tab. To search using the search box, enter the dimensions of the product by inner diameter, followed by outer diameter, and finally width. Example: For ID: 8mm OD: 22mm W: 7mm search: 8x22x7. For inch sized products, search using fractions and not decimals. Example: For ID: 1/2" OD: 1-1/8" W: 5/16" search: 1/2x1-1/8x5/16. You can also click on "Search by Size" under "Products" which will sort products by their bore (inner diameter) size.
Question: "I filled out my information but I cannot figure out what to do next during checkout. What do I do?"
Answer: Click on the green button that says "save" to move on to the next step.
Question: "How can I get a quote?"
Answer: Click on the button on the top right of our website that says contact us.
Question: "How can I have my order shipped out with UPS Collect?"
Answer: Please let us know before placing your order if you'd like to use UPS Collect. You will need to create a customer account so we can approve you for UPS Collect.
Question: "I did not receive a confirmation email confirming my order. Where is it?"
Answer: Please check your spam folder as order confirmations and shipment emails are automated.
Question: "Can I get an invoice for my order?"
Answer: Yes, please contact us if you need an invoice for your order. Please provide your order number so we can assist you.
Question: "When will I receive my order?"
Answer: When your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please contact us to get an updated lead time on your order.
Question: "Can I send you a bearing to match up for me?"
Answer: Yes, you may. Please contact us and discuss with our customer service before sending us any packages or products. We do not cover shipping costs.
Question: "I bought the wrong bearing. How do I exchange it for the right one?"
Answer: Please email our orders department by clicking on the link at the top right of our website that says "Contact Us".
Question: "I purchased a few products from you a couple months ago, can I still process a return or exchange?"
Answer: No you may not. Our return policy is only 25 days after your package was delivered.
Question: "Where are your bearings made?"
Answer: We have bearings from all over the world. If a brand is not specified in the product description, it is most likely made in China.
