F5-10G Thrust Ball Bearings are composed of ball rolling elements. Their appearance sets them apart from the other types of bearings since the outer race and inner race, called shaft and housing washers, are layered with the cage in between. This assembly makes them look like three stacked washers. Thrust ball bearings can sustain loads at high speeds and their uses are ideal for axial loads only. This particular thrust ball bearing features a chrome steel grooved washers and a brass cage. Our Miniature Thrust Ball Bearings are available with both grooved and flat washers and are pre-lubricated with light oil, ensuring they are ready for use upon arrival.
