HK2516 bearing is Shell Drawn Cup Caged Needle Roller Bearing has a steel cage and is suitable for applications with high dynamic loads. The steel cage provides guidance and even spacing of the rollers for reduced friction, vibration, and noise when operated at high speeds. Our HK2516 Drawn Shell Cup Needle Roller Bearings are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for durability and heat tolerance, and have contoured ends to optimize the distribution of contact stress. Their typical structure includes an inner race, a cage to contain the needle rollers inside an outer raceway. Our Drawn Shell Cup Needle Roller Bearings have also been pre-lubricated with Light Oil, ensuring they are ready for immediate use upon delivery.
