LMF10LUU-E Longer Euro Flange Linear Ball Bearing
This LMF10LUU-E Precision Linear Motion Ball Bushing Bearing features a Round Euro Flanged Housing which provide smooth linear motion via ball bearings and an extended length of 55mm. LMF10LUU-E is manufactured with a Pilot End which prevents the linear bushing from protruding towards the opposite side of the linear bushings mouting side while also retaining sufficient space on the opposite side. Linear bushings consist of an outer cylinder and ball retainer that houses the bushing components. These are commonly used in applications that require smooth, precise motion. 2RS or Rubber Seals that are found on both sides of the bearing prevent any debris from entering the bearing while also keeping lubricant oil inside.

Applications / Industries
Linear bearings can be used in a variety of different industries such as medical, packaging, and food processing. Some of its most common applications include Lab Equipment, Packaging Equipment, CNC Machinery, Robotic Equipment, Electronics, Appliances, Furniture, Automation Machinery.
What are Linear Bearings?
Unlike typical bearings that enable circular motion, linear bearings, also known as linear slides, promote movement in a straight line and consist of a movable part and a guide rail. Linear motion is generally accomplished with the use of ball or roller bearings loaded onto a track that supports a surface, which can be moved back and forth, such as a table.
What is the Difference Between Linear Ball Bearings and Linear Ball Bushings?
The main difference between both linear ball bearings and linear ball bushings are the components that put them together and their uses.
- Linear Ball Bearings composed of an outer ring, steel balls, and a cage resulting in smooth and precise infinite linear motion. Commonly chosen for smooth linear motion in debris-free environments. When compared with linear sleeve bearings, linear ball bearings create less friction and can be run at higher speeds.
- Linear Ball Bushings Provide smooth linear motion via ball bearings. Linear bushings consist of an outer cylinder and ball retainer that houses the bushing components. These are commonly used in applications that require smooth, precise motion.
