Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple and fair. Please review the guidelines below for information on returning your item(s).

Eligibility and Conditions:

- Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of the order date for an exchange or refund.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with unopened sealed packages, in mint condition, and clean.
- Please note that disassembled or negligently damaged items, as well as those that do not match the originally shipped product, do not qualify for a refund or credit.
- Kindly note that our return policy does not cover manufacturer defects or product failure. 

Return Process:

To initiate the return process, you'll need to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Here's how to request an RMA number:

1. Log into your account on our website. In case you checked out as a guest, an account has been created for you. To access it, please visit the login page and click on the 'Forgot your password?' button to set a password.
2. Once you are logged in, click on the 'Return Items?' button located to the right of the order you wish to return. 

Important Reminders:

- A restocking fee of a minimum of twenty percent (20%) will be applied to products returned for a refund or exchange.
- Remember to clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package when returning the item(s) to us.
- For your security, we recommend using a shipping method that allows for tracking and/or insurance.
- Please include a copy of the invoice displaying your name and order number alongside the RMA Number for smooth processing of your return.

Exceptions:

- Special size, super precision, custom, featured, and/or special-ordered products based on customer requests are non-returnable.
- Additionally, any used, damaged, deformed, or altered items will not be accepted for return.

Processing and Refunds:

- Upon receiving your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the product(s) within 3-5 business days.
- All refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days following the completion of the inspection.

Please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and shipping and/or handling charges from the original order are non-refundable. Packages lost by the carrier will not be refunded. We recommend insuring the package when returning it to us.

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Most orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. We offer USPS (Priority Mail), UPS, and DHL shipping methods. Our shipping department is closed on weekends and holidays. Expedited orders are usually shipped the same day.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery times for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note that these delivery dates are estimates. We are not responsible for shipments that were delivered late. We are more than happy to help you file a claim with the carrier.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. 

When ordering outside of United States of America, the recipient is responsible for assuring the product can be legally imported to the destination country.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

Customs duties, taxes and fees are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Shipments that are returned to us by the carrier can be reshipped or refunded. The original shipping charge on the order is nonrefundable. There will be an additional shipping charge to reship your order to the corrected address.

UPS:

The UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. You must provide a physical address when selecting a UPS shipping method. If you need your order delivered to a PO Box, please select a USPS shipping method. If you provide us with a PO Box address and a UPS shipping method we will either ship your order out with the USPS or contact you to provide a physical address. 

UPS' expedited services such as Next Day Air or Second Day Air are delivered on business days. For example, if you select Next Day Air and your order ships on Friday, you would receive it on Monday. Saturday delivery is an optional service which has an additional charge. Please contact us before placing an order if you need your order delivered on a Saturday. The checkout will not give you a Saturday delivery option and the rate you see during checkout does not reflect Saturday delivery.

Due to the UPS "relaxed commit times" policy, we can no longer guarantee that your order will be delivered in the shipping method's usual time frame. If your order arrives late, please file a claim with the UPS. We will do our best to assist you but we cannot guarantee that you will be reimbursed by the UPS. Shipping charges are not refundable if the UPS does not provide a reimbursement.

USPS:

We offer Priority Mail from the USPS as well as their new USPS Ground Advantage shipping method. The USPS Priority Mail shipping methods have size and weight constraints and are not available for all orders. The usual shipping time is 2-3 business days. This shipping method is only insured for a certain amount. Additional insurance may be available during checkout. If your order total exceeds the total insured amount, it cannot be refunded. If there are any issues with your shipment please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. If your package status was updated to delivered and you did not receive it, please contact your local post office first.

DHL:

This shipping method is for our international clients. Please note that you are not charged for any importation fees. All importation fees must be paid by you. We cannot predict what these charges may be.
