We work across many sectors. If you have a custom component need contact our engineering team and we will find the right solution.

How It Works

We make it straightforward to go from specs to finished parts. Submit your project and our engineering team handles the rest.

01

Submit Your Specs

Use our RFQ form to describe your project. Upload CAD files, drawings, or a simple sketch. We accept most standard formats.

02

Review and Quote

Our team reviews your submission and provides a quote rapidly and economically. We will make sure you receive the right component at the best price.

03

Prototype

We produce a prototype for your review and approval. Adjustments can be made before committing to a full production run.

04

Production and Delivery

Once approved, we move to production and deliver as quickly as possible. Low-volume orders are fulfilled in-house. High-volume runs are handled through our overseas manufacturing network for cost efficiency.

Engineering Grade Materials

Materials and Manufacturing Capabilities

We work with high performance, engineering-grade plastics and metals selected for your specific application requirements, including load capacity, operating temperature, chemical exposure, and wear resistance. Common plastic materials include nylon, UHMW polyethylene, acetal (Delrin), polycarbonate, and PTFE. For metal components, we work with steel, aluminum, and other alloys depending on application requirements. Our team is ready to share our engineering expertise and advise on material selection for your project.

For assemblies that require both plastic and metal components, we manufacture and source both through our in-house capabilities and extended production network, so you work with one vendor from prototype to delivery.
